Notes:
Turned a corner. Everything meshing very well, tasting more like a commercial beer (albeit a uniquely hopped flavor). I think the hops have mellowed just enough to round everything out.
Notes:
Aroma and Flavor were very Amarillo dominant. Did a better job keeping fermentation temp down. Heavy notes of stone fruit.
