Notes:

Now that we have better efficiency, we can tone the standard Evangelizer recipe down, as it's a little too malty, overshadowing some of the hop flavor a bit. The nose gives away how much malt is coming, so we should up the aroma addition. Good flavor from the hops - I'm getting some of the tropical fruit that was expected, but also a blast of white pepper that sticks around for a while, almost as if we spiced the beer. Let's look at upping the flavoring addition as well, but just a bit. Bittering is exactly what we're going for.

Notes:

Brewed 8/26/16 BRIX: 17.6 OG: 1.073 Moved to secondary for dry hopping, then cold crashed to drop remaining yeast and hop sediment out. Kegged 9/12/16 BRIX: 7.9 ABV: 7.4%
