Mash all Fermentables

Special Instructions

1.
Mash all fermentables at 155 for 1 hour using 1 gallon of water
2.
sparge the mixture for another 10 minutes using 1.3 gallons of water
3.
set to boil for 1 hour. Add the 1st hops at 1 hour.
4.
add the second hops at flame out
5.
add 1 mornings worth of coarse ground coffee at flameout
6.
cool and pitch yeast at 70 F
