Notes:

Brewed around 8/27/16 BRIX: 14 OG: 1.057 Moved to secondary with 3 vanilla beans 9/12/16 after several days of sacc rest at room temp BRIX: 7 ABV: 5.3% Clean, crisp, nutty flavor. Will remain at room temp in basement through end of week due to kegs carbing for Fall party. Lagering to begin with stair-step starting 9/18/16. Barrel aging to take place after lagering, then addition of honey.
