Notes:

Brewed 8/21/16 BRIX: 23.8 OG: 1.1 Fresh hops soaked up a ton of wart, leaving only 3 gallons out of 5.5 to ferment. Fresh hops used for dry hopping as well, but those were squeezed fairly dry when being removed. Transferred to keg straight from primary on 9/13/16 BRIX: 11.5 ABV: 10.5%
