After 170 brews, this is as good as I have done. Perfect true to type. Only some small changes going forward.

Big fan of this style but can't hit the mark. How are you treating your water??

Hi Ironfish. This is really a Yorkshire Bitter but it would benefit greatly by being on Nitrogen and not CO2. For the water I don't treat it. Melbourne water is as close to pure H2O as it gets. That's fine for Lagers but my belief is that water takes hundreds f thousands of years to pick up trace elements in the water table. I do't believe we can replicate that with a few grams of this and a few grams of that. At best it will find its way tot he bottom of your HLT or kettle.
