First Vienna in a long time. Flameout hops are in truly at flameout, prob 10m time before chilling. No FFH after listening to CBC talk by OSU guys that said the hopping rates need to be insane to make a difference in aroma for those compounds. Pitch Mon 9/12 Keg Tap OG 8.8 FG 4.1 Cut up fresh hops into quarters, Stirred about 4 times during hopstand. Super murky looking wort, activity after 18hr. Minimal hop flavor or aroma of the wort.
