Special Instructions

Mash at 110 degrees for 15 minutes, raise temp to 150 for an hour
2.
Make sure to over pitch yeast to keep the banana esters at a minimum

Ferment at 62 degrees for 3-4 weeks
4.
Primed with 5.5 oz corn sugar in 5 gal wort.

Bottled Aug 27.
