Going back to 3% beers. Least hops ever, want to get more of the lager yeast character through in the finished beer. Will sample after ferm to see of it needs dry hopped. Pitch - M 8/1 Dry Hop - S 8/13 Keg - U 8/23 Tap - OG: 9.7 FG: 5.2 All went very smoothly on brew day. All fine for Pitch as well. 6 days in it is as 5.3 (1.012) very intense yeast character but good. Ended up cold crashing for 3 days.
