  2. Add hot water to 148F - 15 minute rest
  3. Add hot water to 156F - 15 minute rest
  4. Ferment at 48-50F for 3 weeks
  5. Diacetyl Rest at 60-62F for 2 days
  6. Reduce temp 2F per day for 2 weeks (until 28F)
  7. Lager for 2-3 months at 28F
  8. Dryhop 5 days before kegging
