Special Instructions

2 liters of water, 2.5 l/kg mash thickness

Strike water 77C, grain temp 29C, Final mix temp 71C, let cool to 68C

maintain temp to 68 for 68 min

Sparge water 3.5 l at 75 C

final boil volume 4.7, (mistake here, needed 5.7 l)

7 gr of hops at start, 1 gr of protofloc 15 min before flame out, 3 grams 10 min before flame out, 3 grams of hops at flame out

Chilled wort at 21 C
8.
Added yeast (dry) activated at 35 C, use strainer to remove solids
9.
added 1.5 l of boiled then cooled water, because I was short
10.
Waited for 1 week
11.
Used 35 Gr dixtrose for priming
12.
Bottle and let in fridge at 4 C for conditioning for 3 weeks
