1.044 sparge 1st 1.03 2nd sparge 1.044 pre boil. Post boil gravity 1.055, pitched Headwaters yeast 7/20, set fermentation temp at 18c or 64.4F. , crazy activity had to replace bubbler with blow-off tube. Transfered to secondary 7/28 gravity = 1.01. Aug 21 dry hopped (hop tube). Aug 28 transferred to keg FG1.002 color is almost clear (not happy with hop tube)
