First Munich since UHA 5! Pitch - U 7/24 Keg - U 8/7 Tap - U 8/21 OG 11.1 FG Darkest Hoppy beer I have brewed for sure. All smooth for pitching. Blew off on day 2, going insane. The yeast is still going 7 days later. It did this last time I used it as well. Crazy head retention, great fruity nose, noticeable bitterness.
