Steep Grains at 155 in 3.5 gallons for 40 minutes

One hop addition at 60 minutes
3.
Add Lactose and Brown sugar at 30 minutes

Add iris moss at 15 minutes

cool and Add water to bring volume up to 5 gallons
6.
After Primary, taste for caraway if desired morfe add to secondary
