Mash 5 hours. Grain in @ 55C 20 mins. then @ 60C 1/2 hr

4 hrs @ 65C then to 77C for sparging with water at 77C

Sugars, gypsum and citric acid added just before boiling point

First hops in at boiling
5.
Irish Moss added for last 10 mins. of boil
6.
Flame out - last hops in and left to stand for 15 mins
7.
Wort Chiller brought temp to 25C in 30 mins
8.
Yeast pitched at 20C
9.
15 hrs later SG 1.042
