Mash at 160 for 60 min

Fly Sparge

After 3 days, infuse blueberry vodka with 6 lbs of blueberries
4.
At day 7, strain blueberries, mash them and put into seconday
5.
Rack beer into seconday and let sit for 7 days
6.
Keg Beer at 15 PSI for 3-4 days then drop down to 8PSI until ready to serve
