OG 1.075 (sparge water was still a tiny bit sweet)

Dryhop 4 oz. Galaxy 5 days into fermentation (let hops go 12 days)

Boil 0.2 oz oak chips; add to carboy w/ 1st dry-hop addition.
10.
Dryhop 1 oz. Galaxy 5 days before bottling.
11.
Target 2.4 volumes of CO2
12.
Prime w/ 132g corn sugar and 1g dried yeast for 5.5 gallons of beer.

Aroma - Color - deep gold Mouthfeel - malty, a touch sweet Carbonation Mineral Notes: take down the marris otter, shrink the specialty malt, ferment drier, increase IBUs
