Special Instructions

1.
bring water to boil, add malt extract slowly to dissolve.
2.
bring to boil again and add bittering hops. Add hops and adjuncts at scheduled times.
3.
cool to 70 degrees, move to fermentor and pitch yeast rack at 7 days to carboy. bottle with 2/3 to 3/4 cups corn sugar.
