BC // Appearance: no head. Golden with strawberry blonde hews. Aroma: Subtle brett funk, quite strawberry yogurt, clean pineapple and citrus, orange peel, straw/hay. Palette: slightly under-carbonated. reads flat. similar to what one would expect from the nose. Bright and clean. A little earthy hop bite. tropical notes a little more subdued. strawberry notes hide on the edge of the palette. Finishes pretty clean. Body a little thin. Next time: beer has a lot of promise. Carbonate a little more. Improve body. Improve head.
