Special Instructions

1.
Fill KEttle with 2 Gallons of water
2.
Place Grains in Bylon or Muslin Bag
3.
Steep grains at 155 Degrees for 30 mins
4.
Remove grain bag
5.
Add 4-5 Gallons of water
6.
Bring water to Boil
7.
Turn flame off and pour in Malt extract (stir continously to avoid burning malt)
8.
Bring wort to boil
9.
Add 1 oz of hops and boil for 60 mins
10.
add 1.75 oz boil for 10 mins
11.
add 1 tablet of whorfloc boil for 10 mins
12.
after all additions chill to 60 degrees F aerate and pitch
