76 degrees and humid out today. Hoping to get this session in before the thunderstorms start.Mashing at 151 degrees for 60 min. Actually went 1 hour 45 min. Had some delays. Did not beat the storms, had to move into the garage.Starting boil with 8 fucking gallons of wort at 1.032. Can't say I'm not pissed off right now.3 hour boil total to loose some water.Started 60 minute timer at 2 hours in.
