1.4oz of fresh spruce tips added at 10 min and 2 oz at flame out
2.make big yeast starter(more is more)
3.hop & spruce rest for 20 mins
4.correct mash ph with salts. ie 5.4-5.5
5.I use the Conan yeast.
6.boil size 8 for hop loss. true og should be 1.075 each brew house is different
