Special Instructions

  1. Ca chloride 1tsp pinch gypsum. Ph meter battery died 4gallons in fermenter OG 1.056 should of boiled a bit more
  2. Intended English/breiss chocolate to be equal didn't have enough!
  3. Ferment set at 64
  4. Fg 1.018 three weeks primary only . 2.5 vol co2 3.75 gal bottle conditioned
  5. OG 1.053 didnt boil long enough

Notes:

Really great May of over carbed a touch. Did blind tasting with Edmond Fitzgerald this one came out smoother and didn't have an astringency I never tasted before in EF but is there. Not my fav style but really good
