1.Single Infusion Mash 67ºC 60 min. Mash out for 10 min at 76ºC
2.Add Cascade Hops to boil kettle when you begin to fly sparge (first wort hopping)
3.Once your total boil volume is collected and you have reached a boil, add the 20g of Nugget
4.At ten minutes remaining add Irish Moss
5.At the end of the boil, make your last hop addition with 30g Centennial
