Rating this between a 4 and 4.25. Smell of coffee and slight chocolate. Tastes of coffee, little chocolate and a very slight, lingering burn of the chile pepper is still present. The vanilla is hidden unfortunately.
It's a little thinner than regular and not as sweet. Next time we should consider a larger grain bill, different yeast and possibly a slightly longer boil.
Overall a great, easy drinking brew.
