It's 74 degrees and rainy on this fine July Sunday afternoon.I've noticed in previous batches that I had a little less wort in the fermenter than I thought. So, this time we are sticking to the recommended water levels for mashing and sparging.Heated the strike water to 165 degrees. And, the mash temp, in turn, was a degree higher than planned.
