Yeast starter, 750 ml, 36 h, 70F

Boil for 60 minutes adding hops according to the regimen above

Wort chiller and Wirl-floc into boil at 10 minutes; chill to 70F, aerate, pitch yeast
4.
Ferment 68-70F: Primary 1 wk, secondary 2 wks
5.
Prime with 4 oz corn sugar, bottle and allow to carbonate at 70F 10d
6.
Bottle condition for at least 2 more weeks
