First of many I hope...Just started brewing...moved to all-grain and kegging, Unofficially known as Lightning Strike Brewery...Have three on tap and three more at various stages...no failures yet. Had one that did not attenuate completely...oxygenation issue..will not happen again, I now use a stone and infuse with pure Oxygen.
Nice flavored ale...I will reduce buttering hops as noted below, and believe I will use a Crystal malt less than 120. Nice mouth feel without feeling like a porter or strong ale. I did dry hop this with Galena and Halletau 1oz....not very prominent aroma with this dark an ale.

Needs one more week of conditioning but here are results...Bittering hops could be reduced a little, but overall a good balance to the maltiness. I think I will reduce the 60 min hops by about 25%. Original gravity was not as high as brewgr calculated, but I have used other software and they came in at a range with 1.070 being at 100 % efficiency...not likely. OG at 1.057. FG at1.011 ABV 6.03
