Special Instructions
1.Mash at 148 degrees 60 to 90 minutes and then batch sparge
2.Made yeast starter 2 day prior to brew day
3.after primary fermentation then move to secondary and dry hop for 5 days
Need to add more priming sugar next time to improver head. Will improve with longer bottle conditioning. Some light notes of banana and a hint of sour aftertaste. Decent nose. Definite yeast flavor. Like it.
