Special Instructions

1.
Heat 13.5L water to 73°C
2.
Steep grains for 30 mins @ 67°C
3.
Top up to 13.5L and stir in the DME to bring to 15L
4.
60 min boil w/ 3 hop additions, yeast nutrient and whirlfloc
5.
Quikly cool by topping up with 8kg of sanitary ice to 18.5L
6.
Whirlpool then settle for 20 mins
7.
Transfer to fermenter and aerate with aeration stone
8.
Ferment & condition at 20°C for 4 weeks
9.
Bottle, prime and condition at 20°C for 3 weeks
