Notes:

Crisp and clean farmhouse ale. Starts off sweet and fruity, then fades to a mild earthy finish. esters > phenols. Brewed with well water. I'd like to brew this with filtered water to see the impact on flavor. Also, I should have pulled this out of secondary much sooner, but kitchen remodeling.
