Notes:

Absolutely love it Great clarity foam retention is very good nice carbonation appropriate very nice blend of hop aroma without overwhelming. Bitterness is nice and lends a perceived dryness andmouthfeel is spot on for style . Enjoyed with some thick cut bacon and paired perfectly Easy to see how the original recipe won national award
