1.Mash @68 degrees c.
2.Rest 60 mins.
3.Raise temp for mash out @76 initially, sparge with 80 degrees water.
4.Boil 60mins.
5.Add 15g of Magnum at 5 mins into boil.
6.Add 15g of Willamette hops at 55 mins into boil.
7.Whirlpool 30 mins.
8.Ferment at 18-22 for 7-10 days with craft series M03 dark ale yeast.
