Special Instructions

1.
Mash @68 degrees c.
2.
Rest 60 mins.
3.
Raise temp for mash out @76 initially, sparge with 80 degrees water.
4.
Boil 60mins.
5.
Add 15g of Magnum at 5 mins into boil.
6.
Add 15g of Willamette hops at 55 mins into boil.
7.
Whirlpool 30 mins.
8.
Ferment at 18-22 for 7-10 days with craft series M03 dark ale yeast.
9.
Then bottle or keg as usual.
