Tap water was used in this brew. Slightly high in chlorine but I did not have any bottled water.There was slight temporary temperature variation during the steep from 65?C to 71.5?C. I'm not sure how much water was used during the steep but it was about 1.7 Litres.I sparged with 1.5 Litres of water at 66?C.As I have no HLT it took around an hour to get the 10 litres of wort to boiling temperatures.The boil was then started at 13:00 with DME and 30 minute hopsThere was a slight boil over after ...
