Citra, Chinook, Cascade, Equinox blend. Boil. First lager yeast, fermenting in low 60s. Pitch - M 4/18 Day 3 - End temp Day 10 - Dry Hop Day 12 - Cold Crash Day 13 - Keg 4/29, then rested Carbed and tapped on 5/6 OG 9.4 FG 5.5 161 Strike, 157 Mash in, 155 average, NOICE! Close to 3.6/3.7 after draining the bag, Pre boil. Cooled in like 7m by moving it a lot and only doing cold water. All went smoothly. Sprinkled in stages, waited 30m, then oxygen. Going crazy after 10hr. Forgot first ferm hops, gonna also only do one dry hop addition. Still going crazy after 36hr. Around 48hr still going strong, and big sulfer smell coming off the fermenter. At 4.5 days, down to 5.3 brix, 4.27 pH, a little sulphury, tastes really good, minimal hop presence despite the usual charge. 6 full days and still creeping. The day 12 sample smelled amazing, no off flavors, lots of body.
