Strike temp at 165, mash temp 148... Timer set for 60 min. Iodine test at 90 min shows full conversion. Fly sparge at 170. Boil vol 7 gal. 5 gal into fermenter. OG=1.052. Pitched @ 90 deg - house water @ 85 deg.
