Steep grains 30 minutes @ 155F

start boil for 60 minutes, 1st 3 lbs of LME , 1 lbs DME x-light

10 min 2nd 3 lbs of LME, 1 lbs of DME Dark

ferment 1 week, then rack in secondary add 4 oz of cacao nibs

wait 3 weeks, add 1 split vanilla bean, 2 oz of cherry flavor
7.
wait 2 weeks, keg, carb, get drunk!!!!
