Special Instructions

1.
Steep C-80 for 30 min. at 165-167 degrees
2.
Add exract and Magnum hops, cook for 60 min.
3.
with 15 min. left, add Cascade hops.
4.
Cool wort put it in primary, toss in the yeast.
5.
After 7-9 days, move to secondary, dry hop with Simcoe and Amarillo.
6.
14 days later add priming sugar and bottle.
