This is the first beer I made by myself. The aim was to have it finished in time for Easter. I used Mangrove Jacks Craft Series M27 Belgian Ale yeast, but I could not find that in the list. I split the batch into two fermentation containers, so the last one seems to have gotten the most of the sugar (it was amazing, the other one was good too, but not as good as the last one)
