Nice bitterness not to harsh, the best aroma I've got out of a beer yet. When getting farther down into the glass the flavor/aroma really shines and the bitterness hangs on your pallet for a while, gonna tweak my brew kettle and brew the same recipie with the hops not in a hop bag just freely thrown in and see if there is a difference as when I dumped the hops from the bag they felt pretty sticky which has me thinking being so compact in the bag the lupalin/oil could be released even more if left loose.
