I wanted to create an alternative to the large, expensive IPA's and have simple, sessionable beer that anyone could enjoy. This is that beer. First batch came out pretty well, clear and a little sweet. This also could be a simple first-timer's homebrew or a great base beer for those who want to tweak and experiment the recipe to their liking.

Very similar to my first extract brew, made for exactly the same reasons: a good simple session beer.
