1.In primary ferment at 64 degrees, slowly raising to 68 over 1 week
Forgot to put in 1.5 lbs of corn sugar.... But I got good Mash efficiency and attenuation was sufficient to make for good flavor. Force carbonating in keg to 4 volumes and then lager for 1 month at around 45-50F.
