Center - 67.2 / 66.2 / 66.8 Applied heat at about 35mins by turning on ovenEdge - 65.9 / 66.5 / 66.4Strike water 78 (Aiming at a drop of 6deg). Had to add a bit of cold and hot to get it rightOvernight, 13.75L shrunk to 13LPre boil Gravity: OG: 13.9Bx (1.055)### Next time ###- mash at 65 or 65.5- more late addition hops- filter water!!!
