This recipe is adapted from Mike Karnowski's from Home Brew Beyone the Basics. It will my first all grain homebrew so hopefully it all works out.

Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mix crushed grain with 4 gallons fo 165F to mash at 150F for 60mins
2.
Recirculate wort until fairly clear and run wort into kettle
3.
Sparge with 5 gallons of water at 165F. Run off the wort into kettle
4.
Bring the wort to boil and boil for 75 minutes
5.
Add Whirfloc tablet at 30 minutes
6.
Add wort chiller at least 15 minutes to sanitize
7.
When boil is complete turn off heat and add all hops
8.
Cover pot with lid and wait 45 minutes
9.
Chill to 65F
10.
Siphon the wort into sanitised fermentor and pitch vile of yeast
11.
Ferment at 65F for one week
12.
Warm fermentation to 68-70F for the second week
13.
Keg beer and cool
