Best Bitter from Ship Inn, Milford, New Jersey. The ratios of fermentables was given to me by brewmaster Timothy Menkel. I didn't get the amounts or boil times for the hops. The fractions in the fermentables represent even ounces. This beer is really amazing, so if you get a chance, go to the Ship Inn. It's well worth the trip if you are in the area.
