Lauter-Rest 20 min, STAMMW?RZE MESSEN, SOLL 17,3 Plato

Boil for 90 min ( 1. Hop Magnum and Comet)
7.
2. Hop Cascade and Centennial for 30 min
8.
Stick in Coolerspirale to Sterilize
9.
FLAMEOUT: 3. Hop Centennial and Cascade
10.
WHIRLPOOL (20 min Rest)
11.
Transfer to G?reimer through SPUTINFILTER
12.
Cool down Wort to 20 C
13.
Shake Yeast, pitch at 20C
14.
Dry Hop aft. ca 7 days or gravity is 0,5 final gravity (i.e. 5,1Plato)
15.
Dry Hop 10 Day in primary (Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe)
16.
Transfer to Secondary (FILTER WITH SPUTNIK))
17.
DRY HOP (CASCADE, Centennial for 3 Days)
18.
Prepare Carbonization , Transfer to next Rack an BOTTLE
