- Boiled with lid on too much- Cooled outside in the snow with immersion chilled surrounded in snow, took perhaps 20 minutes. connections to immersion chiller were loose, some water dripped in, hopefully no contamination. - Fermentation started within hours, slowed by the 6th day. Gravity at this time 1.020. Moving primary must have jump started a second fermentation. Airlock continues to fill up, large krausen layer has formed.
