Hit my strike water temp, although mash began at 152 instead of 153. And has only dipped to 150 with 14 minutes left to mash. Brought a half gallon of water to a boil to mix in and raise the mash temp a little at the very end before first running/recirculating. Only brought the temp up 5 degrees. Recirculated first running...about 1.5 gallons. Started to heat sparge water 30 minutes into mash. Hit 180 at end of mash, poured into cooler. Cooled to 175 and began sparging.
