Add 1 oz of cold pressed coffee (in 6oz of water for 24 hrs) to secondary for 2 weeks

Add 3-4 oz of cacao nibs to secondary for 2 weeks

Just before pitching yeast, add a 1/2 vile of Clarity Ferm to reduce gluten
