Lager for 20 days.

2 weeks in cold room.

6 weeks in cellar.

If kegging, ignore next 2 steps.
7.
Transfer to priming bucket w/ sugar and packet of dry yeast for bottling.
8.
Bottle condition for 3 to 5 weeks.
